All tickets for the STS9 and Umphrey’s McGee tour closer and the late night event with Telepath at The Masquerade Music Park on August 2 are available for refund. Tickets that were purchased on line or by phone have automatically been refunded to the credit card the tickets were purchased with. Ticket refunds will be available at point of purchase. You will need to photocopy your ticket for your records then mail the original ticket along with your name, address, phone number and a short synopsis of why you are requesting a refund through our office rather than through the place you originally purchased your tickets. Mail your tickets to:

Live Nation will mail a check back to you within 30 days. PLEASE call 404-233-8889 before you mail your tickets so they can start the process before your tickets arrive.
IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKETS ON-LINE OR BY PHONE THRU TICKETMASTER… your account should be credited within the next few days. Please contact TicketMaster directly if you have not seen a credit on your account.
IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKETS AT A TICKETMASTER OUTLET OR THE MASQUERADE BOX OFFICE… you should return to these point of purchase locations with tickets for a refund. If you purchased a two day pass, 50% of your total price will be refunded. You can go back to that outlet for a refund now.
IF YOU BOUGHT YOUR TICKETS AT A TICKETMASTER OUTLET AND ARE TOO FAR AWAY TO GET A REFUND IN PERSON…
Ticketmaster instructs you to do the following:
1. Please make a photocopy of the tickets to keep for your records.
2. Mail the original tickets along with their name, address, telephone number and a short synopsis of why they are requesting the refund through Ticketmaster rather than through the Ticket Center where purchased.

3. If tickets were purchased with CASH or DEBIT:
a check will be processed and should be mailed to consumer within 15-20 business days of Ticketmaster receiving the request
